You'll have access to a script, power point, training documentation and a video. Make sure you have the training site password to log in.
You'll need a Total Score of 22 correct answers out of 27 questions (80%) to pass, or you'll need to retake the quiz.
After you take and submit the quiz online, check your email inbox, junk and spam folders for your emailed results. If you got 22 correct, you passed. If you failed, study the training material again and retake the quiz.
